Buying or Selling in 3 Steps

Whether you’re buying or selling a home (or both), any real estate transaction comes with a high price tag. Real estate transactions are also complex, require a lot of paperwork and management of deadlines, vendors and more paperwork! What if I could explain that either home buying or selling process can be accomplished in THREE BASIC STEPS?  Here you go:

  1. LISTENING SESSION OR INTERVIEW: I need to understand your goals, needs, timeline and be able to address concerns, explain process and create right expectations. We also need to be sure we can work together, so it is two-way interview.
  2. DEVELOPING A RELIABLE PLAN: Plan of action for sellers is different from those I create with my buyers but none the less we have to have a plan of action! Having the right information and knowing what we do, when and why – are keys to success.
  3. MANAGING THE TRANSACTION: An accepted offer, whether you are a seller or a buyer, is a pivotal point of a real estate transaction. One this happens, as your Realtor, I focus on shepherding the transaction to ensure we get to the closing table stress free. I leave nothing to memory and love the checklist!
